SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We aim to deliver your order from 10-15 working days. After that, if you have not received your parcel, first check with your local post office as they may have tried to deliver your parcel when no-one was at home or available to sign for it.  If it is not the case, then please let us know at info@skyperth.com as soon as possible so we can help locate it.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your parcel leaves our office, after a scrutiny quality assurance process, which guarantees you will receive the best product we can provide, you should receive a dispatch confirmation email with an Australian Post tracking number. Go to the Online tracking tool on the Australia Post (http://auspost.com.au/track/) website and enter the tracking ID. You will be able to follow your orders progress from our office to your front door.

 

Do you ship to an international address?

Currently we are only delivering for addresses within Australia, however, we are working with shipping companies to deliver your prints wherever you are with low cost.

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes addresses?

Yes, we use Australia Post for all deliveries so we can deliver to any postal address recognized by Australia post.

 

How long usually take to deliver an order?

Delivery times do vary and depend on few variables:

  • Print process (availability of material)
  • Quality assurance process (we WANT and we WILL deliver the best product we can produce)
  • Postal service (Australia Post)
  • Public holidays

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Reject Refunds

There are certain situations where refunds will be rejected, for example:

  • Any item not in its original condition,
  • is damaged or
  • missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow below steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 4071, Coolbellup, Perth Western Australia, 6163.

 

Once received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued within 7 days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
